Trackspeed does not provide will-call services.
Trackspeed ships all orders via UPS unless otherwise specified. Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing.
We do not ship internationally.
Our webstore has weight and dimensional data for every product we sell. It will accurately calculate shipping for all shipments. Requests for shipping quotes will be ignored.
We do not ship to PO boxes. Do not provide a PO box for your shipping address.
We will not mark down the value of a shipment to reduce your tax costs. Doing so is illegal in the Unted States. If you ask, you will be invited to purchase product elsewhere.

Contact us via email to request an RMA. We will provide you with shipping instructions and a UPS shipping label. If you send your items back before requesting an RMA, we will not reimburse you for return shipping, and we may deny the return entirely.

- All returned products must be in brand new, unopened, and resellable condition.
- All returns must be sent to our Sunnyvale facility via UPS. Returns sent via USPS or FedEx may be declined.
- All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee at our discretion. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
